Make your thesis into a wordcloud

Here is an interesting Python project. I turned one of my old essays into a wordcloud.
A wordcloud is a graphical representation of the frequency of works in a piece of text. The bigger the word, the more frequently is occurs.
How it works?
This is a simple and fun projects. First, we need to break the text down, removing unnecessary punctuation and words that don't add much meaning like 'a', 'the' etc.
Next we use a library to turn these words into a wordcloud.
It's as simple as that.

Inspired by my friend’s completion of the thesis-portion of their PhD, this simple project celebrates their difficult slog over the numerous years (I think four?). We will be generating a wordcloud of their thesis… well not their thesis because we have to protect their privacy, but we are going to use something similar.
